During normal operations the rotary switch is protected by a plastic cover, while allowing the set switch point to be read. Especially when multiple units are used in identical settings this reduces work load and saves time during setup. The included plastic cover of the pressure switch offers a protection level of IP54. Usually this switch is used to monitor the air flow in ventilation systems and heat exchangers. The device is available as a single pole double throw (SPDT) switch. Furtherfore the switch is also capable of sensing differences between two pressure levels. Assembly is possible with the holes in the feet.

The sturdy design and low tolerance of just ±5% throughout a wide range of temperatures allow its use in a lot of pneumatic systems.   This series not only offers high quality and reliability, but also competitive costs. The requested switching point is being set in the factory, also considering hysteresis of the switch and the customer's choice of falling or rising pressure for the switching point. The switch is also being labeled with the switching point information. The type of switch can either be single pole single throw normally open or normally closed or single pole double throw (SPST N.O., N.C., SPDT), thereby allowing a range of applications. Furthermore silver-alloy or gold-alloy contacts are available. A metal assembly sheet with screws is included to facilitate the use of this switch.
